SWALEDALE SMOKED CHEESE
Our Swaledale Smoked is a traditional farmhouse cheese carefully crafted and gently oak smoked to create a rich, characterful flavour. Made using time-honoured methods and high-quality local milk, the cheese is slowly smoked over oak to enhance its natural depth while preserving the creamy, balanced character of our classic Swaledale.
The smoking process gives the cheese its distinctive golden rind and beautifully rounded flavour, resulting in a unique and memorable cheese that showcases both tradition and craftsmanship. A true speciality of the dairy, Swaledale Smoked brings warmth, depth and a touch of indulgence to any cheese board.

SWALEDALE BLUE
A beautifully balanced blue cheese with real depth of character, Swaledale Blue is crafted using rich, locally sourced milk to create a smooth and creamy cheese with gentle complexity. Its natural rind and delicate blue veining give it an inviting, rustic appearance, while the flavour remains refined and approachable.
On the nose, fresh dairy notes combine with a soft, earthy blue aroma. The texture is luxuriously creamy and yielding, coating the palate with a rich, rounded mouthfeel. Grassy and nutty tones develop first, followed by a gentle savoury blue character that builds slowly without overpowering the palate.
