Quality and customer service are highly important to us. If your cheese arrives in a condition you are unhappy with please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. Where possible we will strive to replace damaged or unsatisfactory goods. If this is not possible we will refund you in full. Please do not return cheese to us. If you have a complaint about your order please provide batch codes and dates of cheeses and where possible photos of damaged goods. We are here to provide you with a quality product and excellent service, if you feel this has not been the case we will make every effort to rectify the situation to you satisfaction.
